※コントローラーの状態画像または動画も同時に送信できます。
送信して頂くと状態を把握しやすくなり的確なご回答が可能です。
・改造費用はどれくらいかかるのですか？
改造については、保証期間内でも費用をご負担いただいております。
お客様ご自身で改造可能な場合、部品のみをご送付させて頂く事も可能です。
改造をご依頼いただいた際は、無料で整備点検（劣化端子交換など）も同時に実施致します。
・改造費用の内訳（メニュー）
基本改造費用：一台につき5,000円
（こちらは改造1台につき必ず掛かります） |

| マイクロスイッチ交換：2,000～3,000円程度（オムロン製 7個の場合） |
| 静音化対策：3,000円 |
| ボタン交換：7,000～9,000円程度（三和ボタンに交換した場合） |

（当社→お客様まではクロネコ着払で行います） |
例：静音化対策をご依頼の場合・・・↓
基本改造費5,000円 + 静音化対策3,000円 + 整備点検 0円 = 8,000円 + 往復送料

・改造期間について
ご依頼内容によっても異なりますが、おおよそ1週間程度となります。
メーカーから部品を取り寄せる場合は、さらにお時間がかかる場合がございます。
--About Modifications--
・Request for Modifications
Please send you request through the following e-mail
We will contact you back with an estimation as soon as possible.
●You may also send us a photo or movie showing the condition of the controller.
It will help us to understand the condition and allow us to give you a
prompt and appropriate response.
・How much will it cost me？
You will be charged for any modification, even if the warranty period is
still valid.
If you prefer to perform the modification by yourself, we will send you
the required parts only.
But if you request us to make a modification, we will check up & maintain
(Terminal etc..) your controller free of charge before performing the remodeling.
・Content of the Remodeling service
Basic fee for Remodeling: 5,000 JPY/controller

Basic fee for Remodeling 5,000 JPY + Silencer Modification fee 3,000 JPY
+ Check up 0円 = 8,000円 + Shipping fee(China→Japan→Your Country)
・Remodeling Duration
Please allow us 1 week to perform the remodeling, however the duration
of remodeling may change according to your request of modification.
It may also take a little longer in the case that we need to order special
parts to the manufacturer.

Vous serez facturé pour toute demande de modification, même si la période de garantie est toujours valide.
Si vous préférez effectuer les modifications par vous-même,
nous vous enverrons les pièces nécessaires uniquement.
Mais si vous demandez nous apporter une modification, nous va vérifier
& maintenir (terminal etc..) de votre contrôleur gratuitement
avant d'effectuer les rénovations.
Cependant, si vous faites une demande de modification, nous vérifierons
& maintiendrons (ex: terminal etc..) votre contrôleur gratuitement
avant d'effectuer toutes rénovations.

・Durée de Rénovation
Veuillez nous accorder 1 semaine afin d'effectuer les rénovations
nécessaires, cependant la durée des rénovations peut
varier selon la nature de votre demande.
Cela peut également prendre un peu plus longtemps dans le cas où
nous devrions commander des pièces spéciales auprès
du fabricant.
